Everything you’ll want to know about making a teapot. From snug fitting lids to perfect pouring spouts, come and join me to make one of my favourite things. Even if you never use a teapot, making one will boast your knowledge of how to throw light, master lids and attaching pieces of clay without cracking. Day 1 - throwing bodies, lids and spouts. Day 2 - Turning and attaching. Making a knob for the lid. Decoration Glaze day - Underglazing (if wanted) Waxing holes Glaze in chosen colour. Please note: THIS COURSE IS FOR STUDENTS OR INTERMEDIATE POTTERS. Not for beginners.
