Here’s another chance to join our decorating guru Bec, who will share her amazing talents to help you create unique designs on tiles and small. You will be practising this old and beautiful carving technique by applying slip (colourful wet clay) onto the surface of your piece which will then be carved away to reveal the bare clay. You will begin by practising on your tile and then, when you have an idea of your pattern, you can move onto your vases. WE WILL PROVIDE A SELECTION OF PRE MADE PIECES FOR YOU TO CHOOSE FROM. These will be yours to keep and take home once they are fired in the kiln. Everything else needed to created your beautiful designs will also be provided by us so no need for you to bring anything except a little imagination. If you've been around the studio, you would have seen Becs and her students work on display, which absolutely speak for themselves.
